All that’s left for you to do? Pack. As your departure date draws near, we’ll check in to review your final itinerary and go over any last questions you may have. While you travel, you can reach out to us or our in-destination partners for assistance should you need it. We have your back, always.
Step 2
Once you take care of the Design Fee, which varies depending on the complexity of your trip, we’ll begin working with our vetted partners to craft your itinerary—which typically takes 1-2 weeks. We’ll share the proposal with you, then incorporate up to two rounds of edits so that your final itinerary is exactly what you want. Then, leave all the bookings and deposits to our team.

Get started with a complimentary planning session with your Diya advisor, either over the phone or in person. We’ll collect all the details we need to personalize your travel experience, from your preferred destination and budget to travel likes and dislikes.

Yes, always! Travel insurance safeguards your vacation investment in the event the unexpected happens—such as delays, cancellations, or an incident that prevents you from traveling. Travel insurance can also help cover your medical care if you fall ill while abroad (keep in mind your regular medical insurance typically doesn’t work outside the U.S.!). We’ll be happy to guide you to your best travel insurance options as a part of our concierge service

Yes, we charge a travel planning fee. At Diya Vacations, our Travel Design Fee encompasses everything you need for an unforgettable journey. This fee covers in-depth research, bespoke itinerary design, meticulous travel booking and management, and dedicated support throughout your travels.
By investing in our services, you receive comprehensive planning and personalized attention from start to finish, ensuring every detail of your trip is perfectly tailored to your needs and desires. For full transparency, we’ll share this fee with you right after our complimentary consultation call—then you can decide if you’d like to move forward with our services.

What is Virtuoso?
Virtuoso is a global network of travel advisors and luxury travel providers, including hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. It specializes in providing bespoke travel experiences and exclusive perks to its clients. We are affiliated with Virtuoso through our host agency Gifted Travel Network.
When we book our clients in a Virtuoso-affiliated property or cruise, their perks may include complimentary breakfast, early check in/late check out, spa/resort or onboard ship credits, room upgrades, and more (all subject to availability).
